Names in Horror: William Friedkin

William Friedkin brought us The Scariest Movie of All Time in 1973 with The Exorcist, which many consider to be the finest Horror film in the genre. He would return to Horror in 1990 with a modernization of Carmilla entitled The Guardian, and again in 2006 with the screen adaptation of the popular play, Bug. More recently, Friedkin was responsible for the critically-acclaimed Killer Joe, starring Matthew McConaughey.
