Great Moments in Horror: El Topo (1970)

The mysterious gunman, El Topo, crosses a river of blood after an incredibly violent shootout in Alejandro Jodorowsky's midnight movie by the same name. What are your favorite movie moments from El Topo/?

  1. I like the bit about half-way through the film where they`re on that dilapidated suspension bridge in what looks like some kind of gigantic deserted gorge that has been blasted for mining of some kind, theres something so indescribably magical about that entire sequence, a magic that cannot easily be explained.

What spoils the film for me is the faggots at the end, i`m glad El Topo killed them before his self-imolation, the bloody dirty queer bastards.
