Names in Horror: Freddie Francis

English director and cinematographer, Freddie Francis, is responsible for a number of Horror classics out of the Amicus and Hammer film libraries. His early work included Paranoiac, Nightmare, and The Evil of Frankenstein, but Francis would move on to features like The Skull, Torture Garden, Tales from the Crypt, The Creeping Flesh, and many more. Perhaps his greatest claim would be for his incredible work behind the camera on the 1980 classic, The Elephant Man.
